GNC - GLUTAMINE

Purchased this at a Kinney Drugs here that is also a GNC dealer. I'm always trying to stay in shape, and am usually training in martial arts all the time. So i'm always sore, and looking for anything that may help me recoup faster, and feel better.

I have taken amino acids before, and they have improved my recovery time so i decided to try GNC's brand.

The price was reduced to $2.99 per bottle, so i picked up four. You take two before you work out, and two afterwards. I have noticed a difference and my recovery has improved.... i also noticed that i have lost weight as well!

There is no taste as it is in pill form, so you don't have to mix it with anything when you take it.
