I've tried a few different vitamin supplements over the years after reading about their potential benefits, but I always seem to return to GNC's Mega Men brand. Just two caplets daily with food and you have an large increase in the dietary vitamins that are necessary for survival. Quite frankly, I'm sure I am getting WAY MORE than I need when I'm taking these, but from what I understand this is not necessarily a bad thing. The taste is not that great and I do occasionally get weird tasting burps mid-day, but overall I do feel better after taking this supplement and after my most recent long term experiences with it, have told all of my friends about it. I've heard that it's better to have the capsules separated into specific vitamins, but for the price and the way I feel, I really don't know if I agree.
