This is a ninety caplat bottle. Its a great value. This is also a vegetarian multivitamin and mineral formula. It is timed release. It helps with energy and strengthing the immune system. I would recommend this product and would continue using it. It is most effective eating with food or eating before taking. It does provide cardiovascular support. It requires taking one caplet per day. It offers antioxidant protection. It includes seventy five millograms of B complex. It is available at Gnc stores. It works best taken on a very regular basis. I would recommend taking it early mornings with breakfast. That has worked out the best for me. You may also purchase this product at www.gnc.com .This is an excellent dietary supplement. My husband has also taken this product regularly and is pleased with the results and has continued taking it. This vitamin would work well for vegetarians in alliance with a vegetaarian diet or for anyone on a regular diet. I did try taking it without food and I do not recommend this. I expect to see improved results with this product. I have seen improved results so far with this product. I have not seen any side effects, as long as you do take with food. This product comes in a plastic bottle and needs to be stored in a cool , dry, place. There is a supplement breakdown list included on the back label of this bottle. It is one of the best vitamins that I have ever tried to date.I did see improvement in hair and nails and also energy levels as a result of taking this vitamin.
