Go Defense By Sparkle333 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I am just getting over one of the worst colds/flu that I've ever been through. I coughed 24/7 for days and days with absolutely no relief. Many times I would have choking spells as well. My throat hurt, and I was running fever. One of the things that really helped me during this time, aside from antibiotics, was Halls Defense Supplemental Drops.

I got the Sugar Free Assorted Citrus flavor. Each drop provides 100% of your daily requirement for Vitamin C. Many times I would use these, to allow me to have a few free minutes without coughing. It was nice to know that I was also getting all that great Vitamin C also, at a time when I clearly needed it. It was a boost to my immune system, as well as a much needed help with my cough.

The assortment in each package varies, but most contain Orange, Lemon, and Sweet Grapefruit. They taste wonderful, unlike the menthol Halls, which are excellent, but not very tasty. The Defense drops come in a FreshLock zippered re-sealable bag. I am still keeping them near me at all times, in case I have an uncontrolled coughing attack. I would greatly recommend these to soothe a cough, or sore throat.
