Goblin Valley Camp Ground
By Margie8228 onThe Goblin Valley State park located in Utah is open year round. The amazing rock formations and tall canyons you can climb and walk through are pretty exciting for any age. The Goblin Valley Camp ground is only a few minutes away from Goblin Valley it's self. you can make group reservations 11 months in advance, it was $10.25 for a camp site and the use of the toilets and clean water around it. The best time to go camping there would be in the fall because of the heat during the summer months. Pets are allowed on the camp ground as well at large campers and RV's. The toilets are modern and very clean, there are shaded picnic tables that go with each campsite, and there is a place to dispose sewage at. Behind all the camp sites are lots of tall rocks, so in the evenings all the camp grounds are in the shade, which I think is very nice. Goblin Valley is like I said a few minutes away, there is parking, toilets, shade, and places to picnic when you get there. Out of Goblin Valley about ten minutes away is wild horse canyon, it's a five mile long canyon that you can walk up. the walls get very thin in some places and it's very exciting, anyone would enjoy it.
