The foot spray keeps my feet fresh and stops foot odor. I have a job that requires a lot of hours on my feet and I decided to buy this after my feet were smelling not their best. I spray it on my feet, my socks and my shoes before I put them on every morning. Make sure to spray in between your toes. I decided to get a spray instead of powder because I thought it'd be too messy. Although the foot spray also leaves white marks. It's good for upto 5 hours. Wash your feet, spray again and you're good to go for another couple of hours. This way you never have to worry about having smelly socks, shoes or feet ever again. The smell is fine, not a perfume but it doesn't smell horrible or anything. Doesn't stink up entire room when you spray.
