Good cheap mechanical pencil

I like the Papermate # 2 sharpwritter mechanical pencil. It has a all plastic body yellow in color and must sell for ~ fifty cents or less. It writes real smothly is comfortable and erases well. The only challenge I have had is how simply to refill the pencil when it runs out of lead. With it costing so cheap I do not stress about the refills. My wife likes them for doing her daily crossword and or sakura puzzles. It is made in the USA.I have always like the papermate brand pens and pencil products as being smooth writing and reliable. I have had no reliability issues with this pencil and they are very light weight. The only part I have had break is the pocket clip on a few allthat I have used I have either lost, given away or they ran out of lead to end their useful life.Bottom line:it is a good cheap mechanical pencil for every day use and can be treated as a disposable pencil much like the cheap disposable razors.
