I bought the yogurt and toaster pasteries both part of the fiber one line almost free when the grocery store was doubling $1.00 coupons. Fiber is very important for digestive health, heart health and weight loss diets. One common source of fiber is in whole grains. Fiber is also good for diabetics which fortunetely I did not inheret as a problem. The fiber one toaster pastry was ok but too many calories (190 for single pastry) and second ingrediant corn syrup for my future use. The fiber one yogurt on the other hand, I would get again even without the coupons. The flavor is good and I have tried strawberry and peach. Only 80 calories, you gets you 5 grams of fiber and unexpectedly 4 grams of protein. Also. helpful as many dairy products in Calcium, and Vitamins A and D. I am look forward to trying the key lime pie and vannila flavors of this yogurt and more of the fiber one line of products with or without double coupons.
