Good Video Card For An Older Card By rico_reviewer on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

So I bought this mostly for my nephew since he came over and needed some video games to play to keep him busy. I don't play games much past a few strategy games so they're not too graphic intensive, but when I picked up this card and my nephew showed me some of the newer games he has that all changed. I was shocked how much games have changed since I was a kid.The thing about this video card is that it's huge, it barely fit in my computer case. I had to move some hard drives around to make some room for it. If anyone is as paranoid about their electrical bill, this thing should give you some pause. I had to upgrade my power supply just so the card would work in my computer. So, the final test? Well my nephew loved it, from the time him and my brother come over I don't even see him. What do I think? For the games I play, and for watching videos this thing is flawless. I know it's not the latest or greatest, but considering it's half the price and probably 70% of the performance (from what I read) it was worth it.
