Gore-Tex Stealth Suit

The Stealth Suit is a layering garment intended for inclement weather and wind. It can be sold as either a set (jacket and pants), or seperately.

The clothing is worn over a seater or shirt, and underneath a coat or over shirt.

Intended for military application, the standard in my unit is underneath the combat shirt.

I use it as a spring and fall garment, bridging the military gap between 25 year old rain gear and my winter jacket.

It is extremely lightweight, and fairly silent (hence the name), and comes in 2 colours: Olive (more of a subdued gold) and Black (silvery black).

The fabric is Gore-Tex, a lightweight waterproof material, and the seams are sealed with GoreSeam tape to prevent water seepage.

I have the set, but I've never used the pants. The jacket is one of the best pieces of outdoor clothing I own, and I highly recommend it for people who spend time outdoors (hunters, military).

Pros:

- Extremely Lightweight

- No crinkly noise

- Can be worn under other clothing

Cons:

- Expensive

- Thin, more prone to having holes punched in it by sharp things
