Gosford Park DVD

My mother told me how much she loves the film Gosford Park, so when I saw it at my local Ollie's Bargain Outlet for less than three dollars I purchased it. Usually my mother and I have similar taste in films, so I expected to enjoy this one.

Ugh! Maybe it was just me, but this was one of the most boring films I have ever seen. The movie is over two hours long, which was pure torture for me to sit through.

Gosford Park is a murder mystery, the investagators are stumped of who could have committed this crime, but the servants understand every one had a motive. The servants seem to have the majority of the screen time, and I found the conversation between the servants to be painful. Watching Gosford Park was on the same level as slowly sinking to the bottom of the sea in my book...

I didn't find the movie to be all that entertaining, but this is just my opinion. Gosford Park would be a great movie to put in if you were having a hard time falling asleep... you should be so bored in around an hour you will fall asleep... :)
