The kids and i were feeling a bit under the weather due to a cold. I have heard of Emergen-C before but have never used it. I had my husband pick some up from the store in hopes that it would help us recover quicker. It is recommended that you take 2-4 times a day. The packet is to be added to a 4-6 ounce glass of water and makes a fizzy drink with and orange flavor to it. Serving size is 1 packet 8.6 grams. The total calories are 25 per packet. Ingredients are as follows: Vit, C 1000 mg, Thiamine.38mg, Riboflavin .43 mg, Niacin 5mg, Vit. B12 25 mcg, Folic Acid, 12.5 mcg, Calcium 20 mg Pantothenic Acid 2.5 mg, Magnessium 60mg Chromium 10 mcg, Sodium 60mg, and Potassium 200mg. Those compile the vitamins and minerals in this product. Togather with Fructose, cirtic acid, malic acid, orange juicie powder, natural flavors, tapioca maltodetrin, silica, beta-carotnene, annoatto color, glycine, aspartic acid, tatatirc acid, and cystenine hydrochloride makes up the complete product. I only drank one of the packets in the evening and woke up the next morning feeling almost 100% better. Deffinately a great product.
