Got Calcium? By lyghtekeeper on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Nearly every women who reads women's magazines, watches TV or listens to Dr. Oz knows we need Calcium. But we also need Magnesium and Vitamin D. But most of us have also found ourselves opening a bottle of Calcium supplements and finding tablets that would pass the "Child choking safety" test because they are sooooooo big that they wouldn't even fit through a straw.

Solution? Enzymatic Therapy Calcium. Three tablets give you a full gram of Calcium along with 400 IU Vitamin D (100% DV), 400 mg of Magnesium (100% DV) and 24 mg of Phosphorus (24% DV). The Vitamin D helps the absorption of the Calcium and the Magnesium and Phosphorus help avoid the constipation often experienced by Calsium supplements.

The biggest plus is the size. Each tablet is camparable to an Extra-Strength Tylenol. Even though you need to take three they are small and slick covered so I never choke or feel like they scratch my throat going down. And with 180 tablets in a bottle you get a three month supply for under $12 making it a great bargain with many health benefits.

Take this Calcium at night and it can help you sleep, help with "restless legs" and keep your bones strong.

I recommend this Calcium to every woman I talk to and whenever I show them the size of the tablet they thank me. I will try to add a photo of the pill so you can see for yourself.

I never worried about calcium until I hit my mid 40's (actually, on the downhill side now). Also, I had never heard about it helping with sleep. I need to check this out furtther.

This is such an important thing for women to take. Being a smaller pill will make it more appealing to most people.
