Gps Navigation Review By Toth Andrei on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My parents went to Hungary last week and because they got lost and couldn't find some places, they decided to buy a GPS system for our car. A friend of the family recommended the AMCOR Navigation 3750 with Eastern Europe maps, as we live in Romania.

I'll start with the clean and beautiful silver design. It's actually rather small as it fits in your palm, but that's no problem really. It has a touchscreen of course and various languages that you can choose. The driving assistant is very helpful in finding the desired location, all you have to do before starting a trip is to type in the the name of the city, street and you'll get there.

On default, he'll select the shortest road but that's not always recommended as he may carry you on bumpy roads and such. The battery last pretty long, no problems with it yet. It has a USB cable and also a Data card in it which you can remove and do various things like updating the maps or copying new ones. It is very easy to use, if my parents, who have very limited knowledge on how to use gadgets, managed, then everybody can succesfuly use the AMCOR. Of course, you can also select the Advanced menu for more experienced users.

I'm still discovering this great and helpful gadget. Now I really can't wait to get my drivers licence and try this baby out!
