This booster seat is forward facing and good for children ages 3-10 years old and at least 30 pounds. What is great about the highback booster is that the back can come off and become a backless booster.
This booster uses the shoulder belt and is able to be used on either side of the car as there is a slot on both sides of the booster (for the shoulder strap). It has two cup holders on both sides that are able to be pushed in and pulled out.
Also there is head support incase the child falls asleep as well as padded armrest. So not only is this carseat safe, but it is comfortable. It is very inexpensive and comes in all different patterns.
We have used this booster for almost 3 years now with no problems. My daughter feels like a big girl while sitting in it and using the seat belt.

My son had Graco car seats when he was little. One of them was in a crash that the car we were in was totaled and we all walked away with a notihng more that a case of being really pissed off and a few bruises.
