Grand Haven Michigan

Grand Haven Michigan has become one of our favorite places to go as a family and it has us going back every year. You don't think of Lake Michigan having beautiful beaches but they DO! Grand Haven has beautiful large sandy beaches with great facilities. Grand Haven has a wonderful family friendly atmosphere complete with a trolley, largest musical fountain in the country, great restaraunts and entertainment. It was voted number 2 a few years ago on the Today show in the top 10 family friendly vacations. This picture that I included in the review was taken at the end of the pier you can walk out on at sunset, just beautiful! They have a wonderful fishing community with charter boats if you are the fishing type. They also have a wonderful farmers market two times a week that our family loves. There are many wonderful houses and apartments to rent by the week or hotels as well. I highly recommend giving Grand Haven Michigan a try with your family.
