I just recently purchased a playstation 3 of course I had to part with some old cds and stuff on ebay to afford it. It was worth it why did I buy a playstation 3 Grand Theft Auto IV is why. I kept seeing it here and there on G4tv and here and there on youtube etc. I Love San Andreas its a great game. However this is my new fave game as of now. I can't put it down it has a unbelieveable addictive quality to it. If you get a playstation 3 and even on a standard definition where mine is hooked up to til someday I either win the lottery or inherit a hdtv .Even on a Standard Def tv the graphics of this game alone are as good enough reason to guy a high end console as any other reason. This game is like you putting yourself in nyc/actually liberty city they call it and actually being there in person. thats how amazing the quality of graphics are. The gameplay and storyline is good as well.It is the kind of game you really immerse yourself into for hours at a time .So many missions, side missions/aka mini games. So much to do and see the world itself seems almost endless the depth and dimensions due to the high end graphics are so surreal you won't believe your playing a game. You'll think your in a movie or in real life not a game at all. ITs just so true to life how the city it was modeled after looks. When the weather chances you notice it like on the streets you can see the slickness from the rain, sleet etc. Its totally mindblowing is the word I would be looking for. to describe this game. I been into video games for years and years and these newer generaton consoles are putting me in the poor house to so to speak but so worth it as They are amazing I plan on owning all 3 consoles cause the games these days no longer look like games but more like REAL LIFE putting you in the game itself Its true 3D way its mean't to be.
