I got this bike used for a very inexpensive price at a small resell shop; I'd been desperately needing a new bike and this one seemed to fit my needs well. I rode it around in the parking lot and instantly loved it. It is very heavy-duty and is made out of a dense alloy, so therefore is rather heavy; however, it's worth having it be heavy as it is almost indestructable.Once I crash landed the bike going off a ramp and there were no scratches or sign of the impact whatsoever.

The suspension on the Gila is amazing. It is equipped with dual suspension, and both the front and the back shocks work very well. You can bike on gravel paths, bumpy ground, or go off curbs with litterally no jerk.

The gear changing system is just as well made. The gears switch smoothly with no problems and with 21 different combinations, you can go as fast as you want or go up just about any steep hill.

I love this bike and if you are looking for a new, well equipped bike then get this one!
