Partylite is a direct sales company. If you have a party and have the appropriate amount of sales, it's possible to get your candles for free. These votives must be burned in a container, because they melt completely. The wicks can be removed and the votive can be turned upside down if you have the need to fill a container with a rounded bottom. The candle completely melts away leaving nothing but the metal tab from the wick. Most of the scents I have tried have put off lots of scent, but I gave this product a scent strength of 4 because I have come across some that aren't so strong. The average burn time is 8 to 10 hours but I usually get more than that from my votives. The scent selection changes a bit from time to time so there's always something for everyone. I loved the lemongrass scent but it has been recently discontinued.
