I was given this cleanser as a gift quite some time ago. It has turned out to be a very very effective cleanser and at the time of recieving it I was further told it would be very effective if you wanted to try shaving with it. I was a little skeptical on that idea but decided this week to give it a try. I first wet my face down with warm water and then applied the Ice Elements cleanser. I would like to make note here that this product does not foam. My razor went over it all in very smooth strokes with no abrasiveness that I could detect at all. This has aloe vera in it as well as some vitimins and extracts from the botanical world. It also has a special ingredient that comes from icebergs called Antarcticine which helps hydrate the skin. I noticed that it also has a kinda grapefruity smell to it as well. On the bottle which is the six ounce size it does refer to it as having a citrus blend. My particular bottle is for folks with normal to oily skin. This is a really great quality product and I will be buying another when this one runs out. I have used other products from this company as well and believe their products to be of outstanding quality.
