I know I needed a kettle when my husband and I moved in just right after we were married. My family used to make tea and we have a tradition of drinking tea in the mornings and when serving guests. I told my husband I needed one, badly. So we went shopping and found this stainless steel kettle, Revere 3535017.

The tea kettle has the capacity of 3.5 quartz, but I usually make two cups in the morning, for me and my husband. When it's raining, we sometimes make tea just to keep ourselves warm. The good thing about this kettle is that it heats very fast and the heat spread evenly, and I think that's because of the copper bottom. It's very practical to use because we don't have to wait long for the water to be boiled, so we can make tea quicker, especially when we serve guestsor when we wake up late in the morning when time is really an important matter. The handle is pretty big, so my husband with his big hand could grab it without problem. It also has a trigger to open the lid, so we can easily pour and refill water. It makes a whistling sound just to let us know if the water has boiled. I like its modern look too, and so far we've never found any rust or stain on it.
