Great Iron, Low Price By PrincessMichelle77 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Our old iron conked out on us quite awhile ago and we had been really lazy about getting a new one. We had a wedding coming up where my fiance needed to wear his nicer pants, which were incredibly wrinkled. So it was time to give in and get a new iron.

I went to Walmart because I wanted to get something inexpensive since we don't have a ton of clothes that need to be ironed and wouldn't be using it often. Plus I just didn't want to spend 50.00 on something like an iron.

I found this inexpensive iron by Durabrand. I figured even if it doesn't last that long we'll have gotten 6.99 worth of use out of it. I've used it a few times since I purchased it and I actually am really happy with it. It is lightweight, has adjustable steam, spray button, easy-fill water inlet, translucent water tank and a thermostat indicator light.

It heats really quickly and also cools down really quickly when you are done. It works really well and I am very satisfied with it.

Its lightweight and the price is unbelievable, reminds me of the travel irons my Mom used to take with us on trips when I was young.

Well I am glad this Durabrand product works. I have bought two of their items and one did not work (can opener) and the other semi works (a shredder). I had not tried their irons though. :)
