My children just love the book More Jokes for Children written by Marguerite Kohl and Frederica Young. The jokes are simple and are humorous especially for younger children ages 5 to 8. The jokes are funny because most of them are just locigal.

The jokes are in different catagories such as knock-knock jokes, funny signs, rhymes and classroom stories. One of the authors, Frederica Young is a second grade public-school teacher and so she has many funny stories to share.

Whenever my children have a difficult time agreeing on what book to read at night before bed, I can always pull this one out and they will both agree to this one. Also, I have overheard both of them telling their friends, brothers and sister jokes that they have heard from this book. It always gets a good giggle.
