When I learned that I was pregnant, the first thing I did was find a good supplement to ensure my and the baby's health. My only option was GNC beause I know their products are organically made, with no chemical formulas.

The recommended daily dosage is 2 caplets, but I am only taking 1 because the values are really high. And I am also drinking a milk for would-be moms, I think it is enough.

I feel good with this vitamin supplement, I have energy and I know my baby is getting the nutrients it needs, especially folic acid.
