I'm somewhat picky about my perfumes. I actually bought this as a birthday gift to my mom and she loves it. But as she fell in love with it and started using it on a daily basis, I fell in love with it too. So my sister ended up buying a bottle for me for MY birthday a few months later.

I still love the perfume, although it's quite different from the fragrances I am used to. I'm a big fan of MOST tropical scents, as long as they aren't too over-the-top floral. In this case, the sweetness from the pineapple, black currant, mango, and apple is enough to balance out the "perfumeyness" of the peony, freesia, sandalwood, and musk. It definitely has a light, summery air to it, which I love. Perfect to wear in warmer weather. It probably sounds cheezy, but the scent reminds me of wearing a new sundress to a romantic sunset dinner date at a beachside restaurant.
