Great Service at Prudential Guarantee
By poshpost onPrudential Guarantee is a trusted name in auto insurance in the Philippines. And in my province, they are the leading auto insurance provider.
What I like about them foremost is their brand of customer service. Eventhough I am not dressed when I go to their office, I get entertained. Their staff are trained not to judge people by appearances, I was told by their manager. Even if it their lunchtime, somebody will just try to entertain your queries.
Regarding this insurance claims, they speedily answer to claims. I believe their payment option is by check. They are the best non-life insurance in the area. Thankfully, and I really thank God for this, that we have not used our insurance. But at least, I know that we have insurance for damages. May the Lord continue to protect us.
Regarding fees though, I believe that they are a little bit pricey that other companies. But well, for the service they provide, why not? Other companies may be cheaper but I have heard that it is difficult to make a claim with them. Not with Prudential. Several years ago, a fire broke out and the store claimed for damages and they were immediately paid $380,000 in a single check. That is a company that does not withhold claims. This is the reason why they are trusted by all the car dealerships in our province.
Other things I like are their very neat and clean and nicely scented office and their well dressed and friendly staff. It is nice to visit their office for any transaction.
