Great States Board Game By Mom2One on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
My son received this board game for his birthday and I can easily say it has been a big hit.
It is pretty simple as far as the rules go. There are Fact, Fun and Find cards each has a question or a place you must find on the map (game board) before the timer runs out.
The great thing about this game is my son has learn his United States geography while have fun. I don't know if he even realized he is learning while playing. This game is extremely educational. My son has learn the abbreriation of the state and their capitals. He also has learn many of the large cities in the different states. This game also includes questions about state landmarks and state birds. I really give credit to this game for helping my son beome familiar with the United State. I can now ask him what state is next to Maryland and he can easily tell me the answer.
He can also tell me if a state is in the West, East, North or South.
As for parents, this game is fun to play with your child because it's funny how many things you forget over the years.
It's a great game for kids and their parents. I really don't see why a parent would not like this game for their child.

I love the games kids can learn without even knowing it!
Sounds super. I used to have something like this when I was a kid with the typical products from each state too. I still remember some of that!
Sounds like a good educational game for kids and parents.
