These bars are vanilla ice cream sandwiched in between two chocolate wafers.There are 12 bars to a box.One bar contains 110 calories, 2 grams of total fat, less than 5 mg of cholesterol, 140 mg of sodium, 26 grams of total carbohydrates, and 4 grams of sugars with 9 grams of sugar alcohol.They are sweetened with Splenda, and there is a warning on the back of the box that sensitive persons may experience a mild laxative effect.There is also an allergy warning, so please take note of that if you should decide to try these.
Great Value Ice Cream Sandwiches are not bad, and my husband enjoys having a snack of one every now and then.With 0 grams of trans fat per serving, they are probably better for you than some really high fat and high sugar content treats.
