So many times when I get to like a certain product, it is discontinued or the store no longer seems to carry it. That has happened for me with paper towels. The brand I usually purchase and really like is no longer available at Walmart, so I've been trying different brands to find a suitable replacement.

I recently purchased Walmart's own store brand, Great Value, in paper towels. I pay almost $7.00 for eight average size rolls, and they do seem to be a pretty decent towel. I don't like paying a lot of money for paper towels, but I do want a towel that will do the job and is not cheaply made. The Great Value brand seems to be absorbent and strong, as it states on the package, without costing too much in price. I have been using these towels for a while now, and all in all, I have been pretty well pleased with them. Unless a better constructed towel comes along that costs even less, I think I will be sticking with Great Value Paper Towels.
