Greenbrier Scentex 18 Ounce, Scented Candles

I enjoy burning candles in my home, trouble is, good candles can be very expensive. However, I stumbled on a terrific deal the other day.My local grocer has a section for discounted items, super deals of the week and special holiday items. In this section was a new arrival of Greenbrier Scentex 18 Ounce, Scented Candles. The going price was 3 for $10.I passed them by thinking they were probably made from a cheap mixed wax and would burn through very fast. I mean really, three 18 ounce scented candles for ten dollars? One 18 ounce scented candle can easily run $18, usually more. Around here, anyway.

The next time I patroned the grocer, I stopped in to give the candles a second look.Removed the lid and took in the aroma of Cinnamon Bun Icing. Mmm...smelled wonderful.I flipped the candle over to read the sticker on the bottom. "Leadfree Wick." Nice!"Made in the USA." Very nice! I looked through the case of candles to find a second, layered candle which combined three scents in one jar. Pumpkin Pie, Whipped Cream and Cinnamon Crust.A slow inhale and I immediately decided I just had to buy them. Even if they don't last.I searched for other scents but those were the only two.I grabbed two of the layered Pumpkin Pie and one Cinnamon Bun Icing.

I have burned all three, every night since I brought them home, for a minimum of 6 hours, for the past 5 days and I still have quite a bit of candle left. (See pictures). Greenbrier Scentex 18 Ounce, Scented Candles are premium quality candles! And you can bet, if there are any left when I return to the store this evening, I'll have six more to tuck away when these finally reach their end. $20 bucks for 6, 18 ounce Greenbrier Scentex Scented Candles is a steal.I highly recommend them. And, don't forget, they are made in the Good ol' USA!What's better than that!
