I think this is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I have to give one of my dachshunds medication because of an ear infection, and as anyone who owns a dog (or cat) knows, it isn't always easy giving them medication. These good-tasting treats make a difficult job a lot simpler.

I purchased 30 treats for $6.00 at my vet's office. They come in different sizes, smaller for tablets (that's what I had to get) and larger for capsules. They also come in beef and chicken flavor. I purchased the chicken. The treat is a little pocket of food, closed on all but one side, where there is an opening. You slip the medication into that opening, pinch the treat together, and feed it to your dog. My dachshund seems to really enjoy them, and the medication is eaten before you know it.

I think these treats are great. They must be good-tasting, because my little one seems to enjoy them, and he's a somewhat fussy eater. And it's a blessing for me, because I can get him to take his medication without a struggle.
