If you happen to have a dog that shed's a lot than this is definitly the device that you need to help get rid of all that dog hair. I have a shetland sheepdog, and these things shed like crazy. I have found that it is very easy to use and comfortable for your dog. You will be surprised at how much hair this device can remove in just a few minutes. I would recommend that if your dog is a heavy shedder that you use the grip soft shedding blade on them at least twice a day. I use it once in the morning and once in the evening. By removing most of the hari you will be able to keep all of the hair from getting all over your house. I you have ever taken your dog to the groomer this is one of the devices that they use to remove excess hair before bathing your dog. I woul dhighly recomend it.
