I've seen the commercial for the GT Express 101 Grill and thought there no way that little machine can do all of what they claim. After much deliberation, I decided to order the GT Express 101 Grill from LTD Commodities. Much to my surprise, it really did everything the commercial claimed. The GT Express is compact and easy to use with no temperature settings to set. The GT Express cooks on the top and bottom, so there no need for flipping things over. The domed shaped lid makes it easy to fit big peices of food down into the wells The GT Express is very easy to clean, if you remember to clean it before it cools down. My apartment for some unknown reason has no oven, so this is great alterative. For the first time in a long time, I was able to make chocolate brownies. Fish comes out flaky and moist. The GT Express comes with a handy recipe guide and turner. This machine very versatile and great for someone who lives alone.
