Guitar Hero Iii For The Xbox 360 By Corbet on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Guitar Hero III is the latest installment in the Guitar Hero franchise. This time around it's available for the Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, PS2, and PS3. I picked up the Xbox 360 version. Included is a brand new guitar - a Les Paul. This guitar is leaps and bounds in terms of quality with the previous ones. They all come wireless, and have some great features like a removable neck, face plates, and more. The guitar seems much more solid compared to previous guitars. The game, on the other hand, is not as good as past versions. This time around they've included some more arcade-like modes which I fell distract from the game. The tracklist is very good but I feel like the actually gameplay isn't as good as past version. Online is still there and it is very fun. Overall I'd recommend Guitar Hero III if you're sick of Guitar Hero II or you can't wait for Rock Band.

My son plays this for HOURS at a time! I'd rather he played this "instrument" than a regular video game!
