Hamilton Beach 25450 Gourmet Panini Press

I received this item as a length of service award for my company. There is a dual ribbed upper and lower heating mechanism that evenly heats the bread on each side. The press design of it allows for you be able to place uniform pressure on the bread to allow for even cooking.We have used this several times now and it makes awesome panini's. One problem I have noticed is that depending on how much fixings you stuff in there is a chance that your bread will be booked (done) but your insides won't be. I found an easy solution for this would be just use less meat, more sauces and then you have an awesome snack/meal.You can get this item for a lot lower than the $69.99 MSRP and I would recommend doing just that. It is nice, but not "that" nice.
