Hamilton Beach's BlendMaster is a very dependable blender.

It's very easy to use and all of the buttons for its 10 speeds are right upfront. This blender can be used for everything from pureeing vegetables to making a milk shake.

The BlendMaster comes in basic white and the glass jar is equipped to hold 40 ounces. There is a removable cap within the lid that doubles as a small ingredient measurer and allows you to add items without having to stop blending or removing the entire lid.

All of the parts to the glass jar are easy to disassemble and reassemble after washing.

The ice crushing setting works very well. I use it almost daily to make smoothies.

The BlendMaster could easily take the place of most food processors and smoothie makers!
