This is a unique mixer for shakes and soda fountain drinks. In fact, it looks like the mixers that were used in old-time soda fountains. It was a gift from my mother-in-law, and really works quite well. It has a stainless steel 28 oz. cup, a removable spindle for easy cleaning, and a tilting head that enables you to remove the cup more easily. The mixer has two speeds, and does a great job of mixing shakes and drinks. I feel so nostalgic when I look at it. The complete name for this mixer is the Hamilton Beach DrinkMaster Chrome Classic, and it makes a great gift as well. I leave it on my kitchen counter, and it has been quite a conversation piece when people come over to visit. I would recommend this mixer to anyone who would like a little bit of nostalgia as well as a nice mixer.
