I have been having my Hamilton Beach Toastation for a couple of months now & I absolutely love it. I use it for so many things. I love to have toast in the morning, so I like to use the toaster at the top of the toastation for that and it always turns out perfect even when I have stepped away while getting ready for work. I often use the oven part of the toastation when I want to re-heat fried foods to get it's crunch back. I'm known to use the toastation for things like frozen nuggets, egg rolls, pizza pockets...etc. I wouldn't suggest turning the heat up more than 400 degrees, unless you want it blackened. It heats up really quickly so it would be a good idea to keep a very close eye on whatever you choose to use it for.
