The Hand Grip Gripster is one of the best designs of Hand Grip technology in the world. The Gripster's design just looks like its going to work straight away, with the rubber outlayer that comforts your hand as you squeeze time and time again. Most other handgrips i've tried have the plastic outlayer, which digs into your skin and makes it really uncomfortable to do alot of repititions in a set. However the design of the Gripster allows unforseen comfort that allows you to do many reps in a set, allowing more easy muscle growth. The best thing about Hand Grips in general is the accessability that they offer as a whole. The small design allows you to bring them anywhere, and useable in some unusual circumstances. Like when driving a car, you can have one hand free and just squeeze the gripster away while making muscle. Or even at a movie, sitting down you can start pumping away. Which brings up the noise factor. Most of the cheap versions of Hand Grips have an annoying noise which comes about from the squeezing of the grip, which is assured to drive anybody in the close radius to go nuts. The design of the Gripster allows NO noise, and allows you to grip away in the comfort of your living room, which chatting away. At $19.95, the cheap price really leaves you with no excuse not to give it a shot.
