Handmade Christmas by Martha Stewart

I purchased this book for myself many years ago as a joke. My best friend was the crafty type and I considered myself to be her polar opposite. I intended to give the book to her to show her how domesticated she had become.

The more I looked at the projects listed in the book, the more I became interested in completing them. This book features projects ranging from cute cookie boxes to exotic handmade wreaths. Every project is illustrated with full size colorful pages. Over the years, I have managed to complete each project . This book also include variations on the projects so it is easily adaptable to current trends.

The projects in this book can make Scrooge himself take great notice. I should know, I was one!

I credit this book for my current love of crafts. I use this book all year long to create beautifully detailed pieces.
