Handmade by Philosophy is listed as a "ultra-rich" hand cream that is handmade. Not sure about the handmade claim, but the ultra-rich is spot on. This cream is thick but not like a solid shea butter. It more whipped up and creamy. The ingredients include shea, mango, and cocoa butters as well as macadamia oil and almond oil. Once you put this cream on your hands and rub it in, it sinks right into your skin without leaving a greasy feeling. Your hands feel immediately smooth, soft and touchable. The scent is great. A nice light creamy lemon fragrance that is soft and not overwhelmingly tart. The cost seems to be a bit expensive, but a little of this product goes a long way. One tub lasted me several months. I also have a tube of this cream and it's nice to take along in your purse. The jar is not very convienent for taking along, but is the better value. This cream is also nice for use on your feet, especially as an overnight softener.
