Happy Feet - a happy movie
By Karen onHappy Feet is a cute movie geared towards children, but I watched it and thought it was nice.It is about a penguin who doesn't fit in because he doesn't sing like all the others, but he does dance up a storm.He has some adventures and the story unfolds.
In this movie we have the voices of Elijah Wood, Robin Williams, Brittany Murphy, Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman.Happy Feet won an Academy Award for Best Animated Film.It is a feel good movie.Seeing this little guy doing his dance routines is fun to watch, and I think children would especially enjoy it.The movie is 108 minutes, and there are special features on the DVD as well. You even get to take a private dance lesson with Savion Glover.
Happy Feet is a nice movie for the family to watch together.It would make a great stocking stuffer, with Christmas right around the corner.I enjoyed it, my husband watched it with me and thought it was nice.
If you like cute, feel good movies, Happy Feet would be right up your alley.
