Harbor Breeze Bella Vista Ceiling Fan By Kakoa on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I needed to replace a ceiling fan in our new house that was not putting out much light. I did not want to spend a ton of money because it the room was not going to be used on a daily basis. I went to Lowe's and found this small Harbor Breeze Bella Vista ceiling fan and light combo. It was a perfect size, color, design, and price for what I needed.

The unit was very easy to install, and was not so heave that you needed two people to hold it up. The blades are short and have a 44" span total. Even though they are shorter than normal, this fan puts out a very strong breeze. It has three settings, and low is still very breezy. There are three separate light fixtures on it which can each hold up to a 60 watt bulb. I have 60 watts in all three right now and it is almost too bright. I would suggest using 40 watt bulbs at most.

This fan is a great deal! I have 2 more rooms with the other bad lighting in it and I am considering replacing both of them with this ceiling fan and light combo.

I think these are a great option for smaller rooms. There is a similar one in my son's trailer.

This sounds and looks like a very nice ceiling fan.

Sounds small but powerful, perfect for cooling (and lighting) a smaller room. Thanks for the info.
