Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

"Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" is the second book in the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. I found this book to be an even quicker read than the first book (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone". The action never stops.

First, we meet Dobby, a well-meaning house elf sent to stop Harry from returning to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. But, nothing will stop Harry from returning to the school, his new home. He and Ron are forced to arrive via flying car and make a grand entrance.

Harry, Ron and Hermione are quickly brought into a new adventure, the decades old mystery of the Chamber of Secrets. Harry comes face to face with Tom Riddle, the boy who would grow up to be his nemesis, Lord Voldemort.

There's nothing about this book that I DON'T like. It's a great read and in fact, I had a hard time putting it down! I highly recommend this book for both kids and adults alike. In fact, it would be a great book for a family to read together! Enjoy!
