Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is part of my husband's DVD collection.He really enjoys the Harry Potter movies.I do as well, but not as much as he does.
Harry Potter is a wizard.As a young boy, he is being looked after by a cruel aunt and uncle.Their son is a menace to poor Harry.But he gets rescued from this depressing existence and ends up at Hogwarts, a school of magic that will help him, as well as all of the other students there, to become the best wizards that they can be.Harry is much more powerful than he realizes, and he has many adventures in this movie.
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson.I have a two DVD set, and there are many special features, such as never before seen footage, a tour of Hogwarts, theatrical trailers, scene access, and more.
This movie is rated PG and is 152 minutes long.It is entertaining and interesting to watch, with some great special effects.
