I have a very fuzzy, very spoiled cat and his fur matts easily and he sheds so much I don't know how he isn't bald but I have found help. Hartz Quick Wipes for cats. They are similar to baby wipes and come in a package with a re-sealable opening. You just swipe a wipe over your cats fur and it picks up dirt (like litter off of paws) and loose hair (that would otherwise be all over you). I haved found that combing after swiping does an even better job of sprucing up my fuzzy feline. They have a pleasent scent and are non-toxic so it's okay for your cat to lick after swiping which he surely will do. They contain Aloe and Vitamin E.
