Hasbro I Dog By PrincessLuLu on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The iDog solves a modern day problem. Suppose you're listening to your iPod but want to be free of your headphones. Enter the iDog.

The iDog is basically a speaker system for your iPod. Use the cable that's included to connect your iPod and your iDog. You can then hear your iPod's music through the iDog's speakers.

Remember it's more for fun than for high quality sound, so the sound is just OK.

The cable splits so you can run it from your iPod to your iDog and also connect your headphones. This way you can listen to the music with your headphones while your iDog interacts with you--he has various head motions and barking sounds that correspond to the music goin on. He also puts on little light show for you.

The interactive features are fun. They seem to give the dog personality--as if he's your own pet. He bobs his head to the beat and his face lights up as if he's happy. This is cool because it makes him seem less like a simple speaker system and more like an animate object--or even a live animal. You can really get attached to him!

This runs on three AAA batteries.
