Hat boxes have been around for a long time. I've only become interested in them in recent years as a home decor item. I notice that I lean towards a lot of older type items from the past and wonder if I should have been born sooner.

I've seen the sets of these around at various stores for a long time. In most cases, there are 3 boxes and each is a different color. I like that, but it wouldn't go well in any room, especially my bedroom, which is where I wanted to put them. I looked at them everywhere and each time, they were the wrong colors or were outrageously priced. I'm not one who buys something unless it's exactly what I want, so it's better to wait and find the right one eventually or be unhappy with my purchase in a few months.

After having lunch at a Cracker Barrell, my friends and I were looking at the newest items in their store. I noticed these boxes right away and was drawn to them. I loved the color and the design. This set would go in my bedroom or any room for that matter.

The boxes were nicely made, though not the quality of the expensive sets I'd seen and didn't like. But, they looked nice and the price was right.

The boxes come in a set of 3 and the smaller ones will fit inside the big one. They can easily be used for storage, but I think most people use them for decoration. These have gold buttons down the front of each box, which really stand out.

I've very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate to buy them again.
