Since we went on a Christmas vacation to a beach house by the ocean this year, we wanted a Christmas tree, but needed to be able to transport it easily in our van. Our van is packed to the gills when we travel, and especially so when we rent a house, which requires us to bring many staple items, and groceries.

So I chose a 4 foot pre-lit indoor-outdoor tree. It was an excellent tree for the price. It had a very pretty full shape, and 70 clear lights already installed. Putting it together was a snap. I just had to insert one piece of the tree into another. The base is a beautiful square white box, so there was no need to purchase or put together a stand.

I decorated it in the traditional red and green, and it was a lovely little tree. I put it on a table with a red satin-type tablecloth, and it was dazzling!

After Christmas, I went back to Old Time Pottery, and decided to buy 2 more, because they were half price! One will be used in my husband's office next year, as the tree he's been using for years is falling apart. And the other I will keep to decorate with at home.

Having a smaller tree was really nice, and the best part is, that it only took me one hour to take down my Christmas decorations at the beach house. What a relief!

I would recommend this tree to everyone.
