Hazard Or Straightener..Either Way I Love It! By Taylor Hansen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

For my birthday, I wanted a new straightener since my old one just really didn't work. So we went to Macys and found it for only $74.99. Most straighteners that can heat up to 395* usually go for anywhere from $100-300. But we found this one for only $74.99 and it wasn't a name that we've never heard of, it was a Conair which is a very known and well respected name in hair styling and hair care. I couldn't believe what happened when i plugged it in and went to the highest of 5 heat settings. I plugged it in an as soon as i touched the ceramic heat plates, i burned my finger. On my old straightener, i could turn it on and hold the ceramic plates for about 20 seconds before i burned myself. I straightened my hair in about 7 minutes and had so much more time each morning. So when you buy this straightener, you don't just pay for straight hair, you pay for more free time in the morning to do whatever you need in this busy busy world.
